What are your hours?

Mon: 8 am – 7 pm
Tues: 9 am – 7 pm
Wed: 9 am – 7 pm
Thurs: 9 am – 7 pm
Fri: 9 am – 5 pm

Where are you located?

We are located in Whitman Plaza Shopping Center between Total by Verizon and Sally Beauty Supply.

Do you have parking?
YES and it’s FREE! We have ample parking available right outside our doors.
Do you see emergencies?

We do our best to accommodate emergencies during our normal business hours. Please book an appointment online or call/text/email ahead of time to determine if we are able to accommodate your pet’s emergency.

What types of animals do you see?
At this time we see cats and dogs exclusively.
Do you offer same day appointments?

Yes, we offer same-day appointments. Please book via our online booking software or text/email/call our client service team to book an appointment.

Do you perform dental cleanings?
Yes! We offer state-of-the-art dental cleaning, digital dental radiographs, and dental extractions.

Do you perform surgeries?
Yes, we perform spays, neuters, laceration repairs, mass removals, and other soft tissue surgeries. We do not perform orthopedic surgeries. If you have questions about a specific surgery please text/email/call our client service team.
Do you offer boarding or daycare?
No, we do not offer either service
Do you provide travel certificates?

Yes, we provide both Domestic and International travel certificates. Please indicate what state/country you are traveling to when booking an appointment. We recommend visiting the APHIS pet travel website (https://www.aphis.usda.gov/aphis/pet-travel)to help with determining each state/country’s individual requirements prior to travel.

Do you offer grooming?
We facilitate sedated medical grooms and perform nail trims. We do not have a groomer on site.
What is your pricing like?

We offer competitive, fair, transparent pricing. You can view our exam and vaccine prices here. Every client is provided with an estimate prior to services being performed. If you have questions regarding prices for specific services please text/email/call our client service team.

What payment options do you accept?

Debit, Credit, Cash, Care Credit, Scratch Pay, and VetBilling. More information provided here.

Do you take pet insurance?
Yes, we take all pet insurances and we’ll be more than happy to help you submit a claim.
What is your Covid-19 policy?
Do you do at-home euthanasia?

No, we do not offer at-home services. If this is something you would like to explore more, we recommend Lap of Love.
